What is the game about?
Power Ranger: Morphin Legends is an all-new character-collect action RPG for Power Rangers fans. It lets you build your unique squad of Rangers as you challenge foes in turn-based battles. Although to do so, you will have to recruit characters, from well-loved rangers to the most infamous villains. Each member will have unique abilities and play styles. With these, you can generate fierce special attacks.
More than characters, you can also battle your way through locations throughout the franchise history, including the Juice Bar and the Dai Shi Temple. Moreover, you can mix your favorite Ranger environments and characters. You will also level up legends across the Morphin Grid, such as Mighty Morphin, Time Force, and Dino Thunder. You can even play an all-new, original campaign with cutscenes and characters across the Power Rangers universe.
However, Morphin Legends is still in the beta stage. With this, the content will be pretty limited. The characters you can recruit are also not that many. Moreover, it will be difficult to fight off enemies due to the limit on the energy you need to play the game. There is also a bit of a lag to the game even if you play it at low graphics.
Should you play it?
All in all, Power Ranger: Morphin Legends is a must-play if you are a fan of the Power Rangers franchise. It lets you live your dream of becoming a ranger. Not only that, but you can also engage in battles across various Ranger settings. However, it is still in the development stage, so expect limited content and a few performance issues.
