Turn Photos into Time Lapse Videos with PhotoLapse

PhotoLapse is a free app that allows you to make time-lapse videos quickly and easily. Once you have imported the images you intend to use in the video, the app will allow you to set the frame rate and interval of pictures before exporting a time-lapse video. While the app has no feature for actually capturing the images in the first place, this is something that can be performed by a typical digital camera.
