Change the colours in your photos

Photo-Effects allows you to add filters and fancy effects to your images. It doesn’t allow you to edit them, but it does allow you to change the colours in your photographs and reproduce them with mixed hues and contrasts.

Alter images with 30 colour effects

Photo-Effects has 30 filters that you may add or remove from your image in order to change its colours. The filters cannot be mixed, which means you may only pick one at a time. Upload your image into the app, and the filters appear down the right side of the app. Click on each filter to see it change your image on the left. Once you have found the image filter you want, you may click to save your picture.

Limited uses outside of artistic use

Photo-Effects was abandoned by its developers years ago. Most recently, Chinese clothing sellers have been using the product. They shoot a model wearing one set of clothes, such as a white bra, and then instead of shooting the model wearing the same item in different colours, the colours are altered with this program. Changing a few colours is all it really does, and there are few customization options. People in the photographic art community may enjoy the app, but it has few uses beyond photographic art.
