With the free Pedometer & Step Counter app, you can track your number of steps, distance walked, time spent walking and calories burned with a few taps. It also lets you know how many calories you’ve burned in the last day or last week.
How does the app work?
Once you open it, you can tap on the Start button to start walking. You will be asked to start walking, you just have to put your smartphone in your pocket. You will be then be shown the number of steps walked and how many calories you burned.
It is a great tool for keeping track of your fitness goals without having to buy a fitness wristband or any other equipment.
