Paperland is a beautiful live wallpaper, with a cut-out paper landscape that moves across the screen, and live local weather, powered by AccuWeather.

The free version of the app has a single landscape wallpaper, and the Pro version has several additional themes.

You can set up all of the themes you want, with the option to add a widget to your home screen.

If you like to change settings a lot, you can add the Paperland settings widget to your home screen (Home > Menu > Add > Widgets > Paperland).

The Pro version has an additional theme:
