The program consists of a series of challenges. Each challenge consists of a fear or worry and a corresponding thought. You need to write down your thoughts and fears in order to get to know yourself better.
After you have written down your thoughts and fears, you will be able to choose a challenge. The app will then ask you to do a self-assessment.
