生存ホラーゲームで、恐ろしい物語があります。
Nox Terrorem: Lost Souls is a survival horror game in which the player takes on the role of a faceless protagonist from a first-person perspective. The protagonist is looking for their missing friend and must wind their way through some dark and ominous woodland. However, they soon find that they are not alone.
The most obvious comparison to draw between this game and other horror games are those from the Slender series, including Slender: The Arrival and Slender: The Eight Pages. Indeed, some fans have accused the game of being a poor copy of the Slender series.
Find your friend
Nox Terrorem: Lost Souls kicks into motion after the protagonist receives a request for help from their friend, Alex. Shortly after that request, Alex vanishes. The player then ventures into the woods of Marrowbrooke, WA, and attempts to find Alex but will soon find out they are not the only ones in the woods.
Explore the woods
During the course of the game, the player will have 5 unique locations to explore. They must make their way around these locations in pursuit of clues regarding the whereabouts of Alex, as well as the unfolding mystery of the woods themselves. The developers claim over 5 hours of gameplay.
Good-looking but unoriginal
The graphics in Nox Terrorem: Lost Souls are quite impressive for a small horror game. However, beyond the nice visuals, many players complain of buggy gameplay and poor mechanics with the monster. It has also been likened (unfavorably) to the Slender series of games, with some players calling it a poor copy of the popular franchise.
