A free mod for Witcher 3, by flAked.

It removes all camera movements and effects when activating the witcher sense. No matter how much you activate it, the camera will still move and the last edge blur effect will still remain.

Installation:

A. Use NMM (No Wine 3D Marker) to install it. If you don’t have the No Wine 3D Marker, you can download it for free from the game’s official website.

B. Extract the contents of the zip file (the folder “modNoWitcherSense” and its contents) into your game directory. You will also need to add the following folder: “No Wine 3D Marker“.

If you don’t have a “No Wine 3D Marker” folder, you can create it first.

Also, this mod removes the “swoosh” and “game” sounds when activating the witcher sense.
