NAE NWAN Connect is the mobile version of the Online Account Management System (OAMS) developed by NWAN Inc. It provides agents, dealers, and customers with convenient access to various features and functionalities.

For agents and dealers, NAE NWAN Connect offers the ability to access agreements, view agreement notes, and track claim activity. Users can also upload claim attachments and monitor their pre-paid maintenance balance and redemption details. The program provides daily contract counts, as well as summaries for month-to-date, year-to-date, and inception-to-date data. Additionally, users can drill down on contract totals to analyze top producing dealers and products. Real-time claim statistics and Warranty Forever™ call statistics are also available.

Customers can benefit from NAE NWAN Connect by accessing their agreement details, including the distance to their selling dealer. They can view their claim activity, upload claim attachments, and check their pre-paid maintenance balance and redemption details. The program also allows customers to upload Warranty Forever™ Maintenance Records.
