MyLVHN – A New Way to Communicate With Healthcare Providers

LVHN is pleased to offer our patients a new way to interact with the healthcare providers they work with and the system as a whole. By offering a patient portal, we hope to foster better communication and teamwork, and provide our patients with the resources they need to better understand their condition and care.

Our patient portal allows patients to create accounts and store personal health information such as past medical records and medication lists.

It also provides a space for patients to write down notes and questions, which they can share with their healthcare providers.

By doing this, the patient will have a record of the information they provided to their healthcare providers. They can also use this account to store their personal health information.
