MyGrievance – A Platform to Luggage Grievances
We have developed MyGrievance, a tool that serves as a platform to lodge sentiments from the public.
This tool provides a service to public to lodge grievances against Central or State government organizations. By using this tool, the public will be able to lodge opinions from any department of Central or State government organizations such as Central, State governments, and local governments.
We also developed MyGrievance to help public keep track of sentiments that are pending.
The tool is developed in such a way that it allows users to enter information of the grievance and submit it for review by their peers. Once the complaint is received, it is monitored and if it is found to be valid, it is handled by the management of the organization. If the complaint is found to be false, it will be rejected and the user can be notified that the grievance is invalid.
The tool is also developed to allow users to submit feedback for grievances that are disposed.
