The Orange BE App is a One-Stop Shop for the Orange Network

The Orange BE app, powered by My Orange, makes it simple to:

Make an appointment: easily manage bookings on your mobile device

Make a payment: quickly access the app and check for pending payments at any point of sale

Make a purchase: complete the purchasing process online, in one step, no matter if you’re a business or a consumer

Save money: reduce your bill by switching to a cheaper tariff

Download the app: download it and start using it straight away

Connect with Orange: make a connection with Orange’s 3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi network 

The Orange BE app is a one-stop-shop for the Orange network. This app can be used both to receive information on the Orange network, such as to access Orange shops in Belgium or abroad, as well as to send information to the network.

The following sections are available in the app:

Make an appointment:

To schedule a booking, simply choose a date and an hour, then choose the shopping place or the room you want. Your request is then sent to the Orange network to create a booking.

To receive a notification when a booking is made, you’ll receive a notification in the Orange app. The same holds for the appointment you made.

Make a payment:

Pay for your ticket via the Orange BE app. Simply select the payment method, enter the ticket number, choose the device, and payment can be made.

You can also add a voucher for a discount, the order number or other information, to get more benefits.

Make a purchase:

To make a purchase, select the voucher or order number, select the payment method, enter the voucher or order number and complete the purchase.
