MWH: Fitness Wellness – Health and Wellness Platform for Everyone
MWH: Fitness Wellness is a platform that aims to promote a more mindful way of life. The program offers unlimited access to over 500 workouts and meditations, including Pilates, Yoga, Guided Meditations, Pre & Postnatal, Barre & Standing Series, Treadmill & Water Workouts, and more. The program is designed to help users transform themselves from the inside out, with new classes added every week.
MWH: Fitness Wellness offers custom schedules for three tiers of intensity, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level. The program also provides access to recipes, video tutorials, and lifestyle and nutrition tips. Melissa Wood-Tepperberg, the creator of the program, started sharing her workouts on her iPhone and a simple tripod from her living room. Today, MWH: Fitness Wellness has grown into a community that promotes the use of what you have available to you, wherever you are, to improve your body and mind.
