Multiplayer stealth murder game for PC
Murderous Pursuits is a premium action game for PC made by developer Blazing Griffin. It is an online multiplayer title that incorporates stealth mechanics in a free-for-all fight until only one remain. It supports up to eight players and offers 16 killers to choose from.
Employing a similar gameplay mechanic to Hitman 3, Murderous Pursuits has players commit the perfect kill by any means necessary. They will need to be mindful of their surroundings and blend in with the crowd as they stalk their target and strike at the right time without anyone ever noticing.
The perfect kill
Murderous Pursuits is basically a multiplayer crime game to see who can kill the most targets without getting caught or being killed yourself. Choose from 16 nefarious killers to help you achieve the perfect kill as you face against and outwit seven other players in a no holds barred killing spree. Blend in, stalk your targets, and do whatever it takes to take them out—the end justifies the means.
There are seven distinct locations in the game to engage in ruthless killing and aim for the most kills and highest score each round. Use the Quarry Tracker to locate your target and be mindful of the Hunter Indicator if a fellow murderer is in your immediate vicinity. Guards are also constantly roaming for suspicious individuals, so don’t get caught or you’ll be a sitting duck for others.
There are also eight unique abilities, including disguise, flash, and others. Choose wisely, though, since you can only use two of them for each round. There are also high-value weapons that give out more points, so be on the lookout for them. Unfortunately, the game has seen a steady decline in active players since launch, making it hard to find a match online.
Don’t get caught
Murderous Pursuits is an interesting multiplayer game with its hunter vs. prey concept. It makes for an intriguing and different kind of experience as far as gameplay and this genre are concerned. There are various characters to choose from and a variety of ways to conduct your kills. Sadly, its player base has seen better numbers, but it’s still worth trying if you have enough friends to participate.
