Cut and convert video easily

Movavi SplitMovie is an application for trimming and splitting video files. It allows you to easily split a big video file into smaller fragments that you can then burn to CD or DVD.

The Movavi SplitMovie interface is really simple. Once you’ve imported your video, there are simple markers you can slide along the video timeline to make your splits. You can save AVI or MPEG with no additional compression, or convert your file into AVI, MPEG, WMV or RM (Real Media). Most formats are supported as input files, so it’s unlikely you won’t be able to split your video.

There aren’t any additional bells and whistles to Movavi SplitMovie. Although making your splits is really simple, there aren’t any additional editing features, and the editing markers, while easy to use may not be accurate enough for more advanced users.

Overall, Movavi SplitMovie does what its name suggests, but little more. It would be much improved with some additional features.
