Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge is an old school point-and-click adventure in which you need to wander around islands talking to people, solving clues and figuring out what the heck is going on. You control the actions of your character, Guybrush Threepwood, by tapping the screen to move around, and using the verb icons at the bottom to interact with people and objects. You can switch between traditional direct input or trackpad controls.

There’s no disputing the gameplay qualities of Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge. It’s generally regarded as one of the greatest point-and-click adventures of all-time, full of baffling puzzles, hilarious dialog, and gripping storyline.

Having played Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge on the iPad first, I have to say the iPhone version seems a bit less impressive graphically, and sometimes moving around and selecting objects can be a bit fiddly.
