You will find the building in the middle of the map, but you will have to walk a little bit to get there. Once you arrive, you will be welcomed by the game’s environment and some of the characters.

You will find a small, luxurious room to enjoy, but you will also have to deal with some dead raiders and Gunners. There is also a map marker. It is near the Hallucigen, Inc. building.
