Susan is a Warmaiden, a kind of guardian of the lost lands. She has been taking care of them and trying to maintain order.

Jim is Susan’s son, angry with his mother because she decided to leave the Lost Lands. This story takes place in a time gap between Earth and the Lost Lands, so Susan had to be away for a longer time than expected.

Susan wants to resolve the conflict in her homeland, but it is not easy, and it is only a matter of time until Jim is involved in the adventures of his mother.
