Carve and launch projectiles
Log Thrower is a free casual game where you have to sculpt logs, turn them into weapons, and shoot them at targets. As they lurch toward the marks, the logs will have to break through hundreds of items. That means you’ll need to carve them properly so they can pass these obstacles easily.
Aside from breaking items and hitting targets, you also have to build and upgrade the fair. You’ll get to enhance the fair when you hit the mark and acquire the needed items. This added variety makes Log Thrower a diverse game that gives you tons of content.
Cut, throw, and build
There are three main gameplays for Log Thrower: carve your weapon, launch it to the target, and build your fair. You’ll start the game by carving a piece of wooden log. You have to sculpt it precisely down to the indicated line. Otherwise, you will not break the obstacles in the way. After cutting the weapon, you need to calculate the force of its launch.
Just tap on the screen when you’re ready to fire your projectile. Some levels will give you keys that open chests filled with collectible tickets that you can use to purchase items, while others help you complete the hammer that allows you to build the fair. Developing the fair means upgrading establishments and putting decorations around it such as fountains, trees, and food stalls.
One flaw of this game is that it doesn’t explain the different elements and actions you need to do. Instead of giving you a quick walkthrough or tutorial, the game merely highlights the buttons and areas you need to click on to do certain actions. This lack of proper guidance causes confusion when you first start playing. You’ll need to pay attention to what you’re doing to understand the game.
Pass the time with this game
This casual game will keep you company during your downtime with its fun gameplay and varied content. Although it can be confusing at first, given its lack of proper tutorial, this program eventually becomes enjoyable once you get the hang of it. It even tests your calculation skills as you try to carve the logs to the right length and work out the correct force when launching them.
