The official LNER app is the most convenient way to find out about train times and book cheap train tickets. With this app, you don’t need to dig through books of timetable information for any train line or search for any train timetable – it’ll have all this information for you, on your phone.

All the train tickets for any train line in Great Britain will be available in the LNER app. This means that you can buy tickets for any train in Great Britain in just a few taps. It is the official train operator of the East Coast Main Line. The Azuma trains run between London and Scotland, stopping at over 50 stations across the East Coast including London King’s Cross, Peterborough, York, Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh Waverly.

How can I use the LNER App?

Using the LNER App is simple. Just download it and follow the instructions:

1. Choose your destination station and departure time in the app

2. Press “Buy Tickets”

3. Choose the train line you’re interested in

4. Choose your preferred seat type (there is a range of options and you can see the prices on the app)

5. Enter the number of tickets you want to buy and the booking reference you’re going to use

6. Check out your payment options, choose whether you want to pay on the day of travel or want to pay in advance

7. Press “Pay”

Your order will then be processed by LNER. Once your order is completed, you’ll receive confirmation of your booking and a voucher code to use on your train journey.
