Journey to Savage Planet is an adventure game by Typhoon Games. This game takes place in a vibrant planet called AR-Y 26. It hosts uncharted lands and alien wildlife so you are never short of things to do. You will go on a journey as a member of the Kindred Aerospace’s lightly-funded Pioneer Program. As a Pioneer, it is your mission and corporate obligation to log as many biological wonders as you can. It is up to you to find Kindred secure a new home for humanity.

Journey to Savage Planet features a comically short game mechanics called the Kindred Value System. The first two rules instruct you to look through every corner of the planet. You must not leave any stone unturned or smashed into pieces. Next is to protect Kindred’s property at all costs. The spaceship can cost a lot and will be difficult to manufacture so make sure your ship is in tip-top shape. 

The game offers a patch with three important updates. The first is Photo Mode. Just like a real camera, you can adjust the photo’s depth of field and field of view. You can also add filters to capture photos that are uniquely yours. Another feature is the Journal. This will help you track your quests and other information you discover in your quest. Last is the improvement in online connectivity, performance optimization, and bug fixes. 

Journey to Savage Planet is the game to play if you’re looking for a vibrant open-world game with a fully-fleshed out world. You can explore the flora and fauna of the world as a single-player or multiplayer. Key tools will already be provided such as the laser pistol, rocket booster pack, and probes.
