JobsWord – simple word-processing app for Apple
JobsWord is a neat little app which allows you to write and edit texts, including layout and design.
What can JobsWord do?
For a 9.99 dollar word processing app, JobsWord has a wide range of functions. Not only can you write and edit on it, you can also layout and produce visually complicated documents such as CVs and even newsletters. The app comes with a range of pre-built templates. However, the app is fairly complex to use. It does not auto-save work and it can be difficult to find previously produced documents on it. It also does not include a spell-check, which you would expect with such a high-function word processing app. If you mainly need to be able to write and edit plain text, there are free, more effective apps such as Liquid – Author available. If you need to edit complex layouts including images and tables, JobsWord is more useful, but be careful with saving work.
Is JobsWord worth it?
For a cheap word-processing app, JobsWord has a lot of functionality, but it is fairly buggy with significant issues, especially with regards to saving documents. If you only need to write and edit plain text, you might want to look elsewhere.
