Item Randomizer REMIX for SotFS has been improved over its predecessor, Jgwman’s Item Randomizer For DS. The new features that come with this mod, is a much larger database of items, much more in depth customizations to the item list, and includes a new list of item effects. This list of item effects can be combined with the existing effects list, to produce unique effects. For example, instead of just having one smoke effect on a weapon, you can mix two smoke effects together and create the perfect smoke weapon for your character. You can also use this to get a unique and cool looking weapon as well.

If you are looking for an easy way to level up, obtain rare items, or just want to add a little bit of variety and challenge to the game, I highly recommend using Item Randomizer REMIX for SotFS. It’s the best mod out there when it comes down to leveling your character fast and easy, without spending hours on end doing it. If you use other quake mods, they are very outdated and don’t do what REMIX does, they are still buggy and I have yet to find a decent list of zombie effects that don’t look the same in remixed as in non-remixed.
