Developed by Robert Chou, IPC Cast Proxy is a proxy – or helper – that is specifically designed to assist the IP Cam Viewer v5.4.3+. IP Cam Viewer Pro is a highly rated app that is known for allowing one to remotely access their video camera, recorder, network recorder, and/or webcam.

By itself, IPC Cast Proxy does not do anything – as it is not coded to be an app in itself, but to assist in the major processes of the main Cam Viewer app.

For when you pair it with the aforementioned cam viewer – the IP Cam Viewer v5.4.3+ – it will be utilized as a sort of bridge between devices – making it possible to send videos to Chromecast devices.
