Honkai Impact 3 is an ARPG (Action Role Playing Game) developed by miHoYo Limited. 

The place is set in an alternate Earth – one that is riddled with disasters originally caused by ‘Honkai’ – which, in Chinese, means ‘chaos’.

In this universe, the Honkai is considered an independent force with a malevolent motive, possessing the ability to corrupt humans as well as manifest itself into physical form through a variety of monsters. It also has the power to select certain individuals and grant them god-like powers – individuals known as “Herrschers” – whose Honkai-given powers can cause apocalyptic phenomena.

In one of the many highlights from the newest update, we meet a new Herrscher – a human named “Ego” – whose Honkai-granted powers involve charging up energy through magical arrows, as well as unleashing Ultimate to secure an exclusive territory, where she can attack with her scepter in place of her bow.
