Half-Life 2: Episode 2 MMod is a mod for Half-Life 2: Episode Two with major weapon changes and enhancements. It adds brand new models for many guns and makes tweaks to existing ones. In addition to this, it also adds new audio files, animations and textures.
New audio effects, animations and more
In addition to changing how the weapons look and feel, Half-Life 2: Episode 2 MMod also adds new graphical effects and improves lighting effects. New animations also apply to when enemies are hit by the new weaponry, and new audio files are used to enhance the feel of each individual weapon.
Enhance graphics and gameplay
Much like Black Mesa for the original Half-Life, Half-Life 2: Episode 2 MMod makes a lot of enhancements to the main game, from redoing weapons to adding more graphical effects and tidying up existing ones. Unlike Black Mesa, Half-Life 2: Episode 2 MMod does not change much storywise. It also doesn’t change the layout of any levels.
Smooths out the rough edges
Half-Life 2: Episode 2 MMod makes many tweaks to how the player interacts with the game. It creates more diversity in combat and creates new means of taking down foes. It doesn’t make any changes to the story, so you can still enjoy Half-Life 2: Episode 2 as intended, but now with improved weapons, AI and graphics.
