GoToAssist Support – Customer is a free mobile app that allows support agents to remotely troubleshoot device problems. It is available on the Android platform and is developed by GoTo Technologies USA Inc. The app is designed to be used only when directed by a support agent you trust.
Using the app is simple. After installing it on your device, launch the app and enter the Support Key provided to you by your support agent. Your trusted agent can then connect to your device and view your screen live. They can also start a chat with you and perform various actions to diagnose and fix the issue.
One of the best features of GoToAssist Support – Customer is the ability to share your screen live with your support agent. This makes it easy for them to identify the problem and provide a solution quickly. The app also uses the Accessibility service to provide full remote control of your device during a session, but only during a GoToAssist session. It does not track or control any action or behavior outside of a session.
