First Citizens Mobile Banking: Access Your Accounts Anytime, Anywhere

First Citizens Digital Banking is an all-encompassing mobile banking app that allows you to manage your finances on the go. The app is available for iOS devices and can be accessed using Face ID, Touch ID, or a 4-digit passcode. With this app, you can view your account balances and transaction history, deposit checks, pay bills, and transfer funds between your First Citizens accounts. You can also manage your credit cards by locking and unlocking them, reporting lost or stolen cards, and setting up travel notifications.

First Citizens Digital Banking comes with a range of features that cater to both consumer and business customers. Consumer customers can link their accounts from other financial institutions, view FICO® Scores, and set up text and email alerts to monitor their credit and debit card activity. They can also send money to friends and family using Zelle® and manage their debit cards. Business customers can set up multi-user access, send domestic wire transfers, and detect fraud with ACH Monitor and Positive Pay.

First Citizens Bank, founded in 1898, has over 600 branches in 22 states and does not charge fees to download or access First Citizens Digital Banking. However, mobile carrier fees may apply for data and text message usage.
