The app allows access to all of Feelgood’s specialists across the country, directly from your phone or tablet. To ensure a secure connection, you need to log in with your e-identification (BankID).

Feelgood Videobesök allows you to meet with a consultant at Feelgood with the right expertise based on your needs without the requirement of being in a specific location. The video call can take place from home, work, or wherever is most convenient for you. After the video call is completed, you will be asked a few questions about your experience.

With Feelgood Videobesök, you can get access to all of Feelgood’s competence and specialists, without the need to travel to a specific location. All that is required is a smartphone or tablet, the app, a BankID, and an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video and audio.
