Track your daily social media usage

Escape is an app for Mac that tracks your social media usage throughout the day and provides you with daily and weekly stats. Designed to help shed light on the increased usage of social media that’s so prevalent in our day to day lives, Escape does the math and tallies up just how much time is wasted each day mindlessly checking tweets, emails and status updates. Escape tracks both total minutes spent on each social media platform as well as the number of times each one is opened, even if it’s just for a second. Users can set a quota for the amount of time spent on each site and rings an alarm when you’ve reached it to discourage future use.
