Take control of your sleep schedule after a long vacation
Jet lag has to be one of the worst things about traveling long distances. Entrain is aims to fix your circadian rhythms after long journeys.
Developed by the University of Michigan, Entrain carefully maps out the hours that you are asleep and awake. This includes describing the lighting (from dark to bright outdoors) for every hour.
Entrain is held back by a clunky interface and some bugs when trying to set a regular schedule, but it has lots of potential if these problems get fixed.
