Mac-like windows features for Windows 8

Emcee for Windows 8 is a desktop customization program that allows users to view all of their open apps and windows in one easy to use interface.

If you have a lot of windows open at once, it can be a pain to keep track of them all. Emcee for Windows 8 fixes this problem by giving your Windows 8 machine Mac-like Mission Control features. Emcee for Windows 8 groups all of the windows of different applications. It even organizes all of your Modern UI applications at the bottom.

You can customize Emcee for Windows 8 to trigger when mousing over a corner or you can assign it a custom shortcut key. Performance is good but you can tweak the animation effects and spacing in the settings.

Emcee for Windows 8 works well but lacks a few key functions that would make it great. Missing is the ability to assign a wallpaper to the Emcee for Windows 8 interface. Also missing is the ability to manipulate files and windows when Emcee for Windows 8 is activated, something that Macs can do with Mission Control.

Overall, Emcee for Windows 8 is a good way to keep all of your windows organized but it doesn’t do much beyond that.
