e-TIP is an application that allows you to use your cell phone or tablet as an alternative to the traditional license plate and title for the vehicle. e-TIP allows you to have a valid plate and title in your phone, without having to go to the DMV or to the police station.

It is a tool for recreational and professional maritime users, both at national and local level. It is a tool that allows you to do the following:

Download the application and select the region you want to register.

Register your license plate and title in the application.

Send the obtained license plate and title to the entity that manages the e-TIP system.
