The app has a suite of tools that help to get in touch with one’s thoughts and feelings, manage mood swings, and recognize signs of depression and anxiety. There are also strategies to help cope with intense feelings of anxiety and panic attacks, and ways to deal with suicidal thoughts.

The app has a set of basic modules, each with tools for managing and understanding the specific issues that people with depression or anxiety experience. Users can choose which modules they want to take on, or take them all.
