When Done’s in use, you will be able to message your team and do collaboration work with them. You can sort out your groups by team, project, and client. As this productivity program is integrated with Microsoft and Google calendar, you can easily track each of your team members’ availability. You can stay in control of every project you’re handling by effortlessly assigning tasks to your colleagues or even to yourself. On top of that, it allows you to share files to your workmates or client whenever and wherever you want regardless of the device.
Done will require you to sign up using your phone number. A 6-digit code will be sent to you, which you need to input to register your account. It will also ask for your full name. In the app’s homepage, you will see five main sections at the bottom—chats, calendar, to-dos, files, and settings. In chat, calendar, and to-do sections, you will see a “+” sign. You can tap it whenever you want to create a group chat, calendar schedule, or to-do list. All the files you share in the app are listed in the files section.
In the settings field, you can add another account that you can use simultaneously. For more accessible use, you can connect Done to the web or your desktop. You can also secure your data with backup and restore options that you can schedule daily, weekly, and monthly. Moreover, you have the option to download files automatically and receive notifications from the app regularly.
