Digital Wellbeing is a tracking tool developed by Google, Inc. It was created to help users keep track of their digital usage in order to prevent too much time on their phones. It shows information about how long you’ve spent on your device. You can also view how much time you spend on average on each individual app. If you really want to be proactive about limiting your digital usage, you can set timers for that. Additionally, the app has a Wind Down feature to help you sleep at night. It changes the appearance of your screen when your sleep time approaches to make it more conducive to sleep. It’s a nice little tool to improve your digital wellness.
