CPWDSewa – A Utility Tool for Government Quarters Residents
CPWDSewa is a free Android application developed by the National Informatics Centre for the residents of Government Quarters. The app enables residents to register and check the status of their maintenance complaints related to civil, electrical, and horticulture. Furthermore, residents can also provide feedback along with photos of the attended complaints.
The app also offers an impressive feature that allows management level officers of the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) to see the dashboard of complaints pendency as per benchmark timing. They can add comments and upload photos of the complaints for better understanding. CPWDSewa is a great utility tool that provides convenience to residents and improves the overall complaint management system.
