Cobalt – CM9/CM10/CM11 Theme

Cobalt – CM9/CM10/CM11 Theme is a personalization app available for Android devices. It is developed by dustinb and is free to download and use. This theme is specifically designed for HDPI and XHDPI phones and requires root access and a custom ROM like CM9/AOKP that supports the Theme Engine.
