CentMobile: Mobile Banking Application by Central Bank of India

CentMobile is a mobile banking application that allows users to access most of the banking services anywhere, anytime through their internet-enabled iPhones. Before registration, pre-login features are accessible to all. Once registered, customers of Central Bank of India can access post-login features. The registration process requires a one-time setup, which includes entering the CIF number or account number, debit card information or internet banking username and password. Users can set their preferred user ID, MPIN, and TPIN for login and transaction purposes.

The pre-login features include interest rates for time deposits and retail loan schemes, forex rates, missed call service for getting account balance or last few transactions over SMS, and apply for new savings account, retail loan, credit card, or FASTag, insurance, government schemes, and more. The post-login features include account balance inquiry, account details, mini statement, statement download, statement over email, fund transfer to accounts with Central Bank of India, fund transfer to other banks through NEFT/IMPS, request for personalized ATM (debit) card, request for ATM (debit) card blocking, and more.
