The ultimate Capcom bundle for fans
Capcom Fighting Collection is an action video game collection wherein you can play as multiple fighters and aim to become the very best in their worlds. Developed by CAPCOM, this bundle of 10 old titles consists of the developer studio’s most popular and classic arcade games with a wide variety of subgenres.
Capcom Fighting Collection is designed for both beginner and veteran players—with various handy features to make it a worthy collector’s edition, whether you’re a long-time fan or someone newly interested in the developer’s titles. There is also additional content regarding the games’ development.
Is Capcom Fighting Collection crossplay?
To celebrate the 35th anniversary of CAPCOM’s Street Fighter series, the Capcom Fighting Collection was released—consisting of 10 popular classic fighting games from CAPCOM and various new features. Beginner-friendly tools like the Training Mode, EX Settings, and the ability to save midgame are also available. Plus, there are fully-featured online modes for all titles—letting you enjoy casual and ranked matches and online lobbies.
The 10 games are Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors, Night Warriors: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire, Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix, Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness, Red Earth, Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, and Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire. They all have English and Japanese versions available—except the last two, which are only in Japanese.
Not only that but the collection also comes with a Museum feature, allowing you to unlock more than 500 illustrations and behind-the-scenes materials and more than 400 BGM tracks from each game. The only major downside to this collection is that while it supports stable online play, it doesn’t support crossplay so players on different platforms can’t ever come across each other.
The fight awaits
Nevertheless, Capcom Fighting Collection is a great bundle to get if you’re a huge fan of this developer’s fighting games or if you’re someone highly interested in trying them out. While you can’t play with others on a platform different from yours, it still has tons of features that make a great version to collect and have—whether you want a solo experience or some online matches.
