Futuristic and fast-paced FPS game for PC
Bright Memory: Infinite is a premium action game developed by FYQD-Studio for PC. It is a first-person shooter and the highly-anticipated follow-up to Bright Memory – Episode 1. In it, players will engage in fast-paced shootouts as they investigate a strange phenomenon happening around the world.
Compared to its predecessor, Bright Memory – Episode 1, Bright Memory: Infinite introduces players to an entirely new world for them to discover. What’s more, the game boasts a new set of skills and abilities that will let them chain attacks to create combos that deal massive damage to enemies.
Neo-futuristic
Bright Memory: Infinite is a mix of the old with the new. Its futuristic character models, weapons, and effects lay on a backdrop that’s more traditional and rustic. Set in the year 2036, you are an agent for The Supernatural Science Research Organization (SRO) sent to investigate a strange phenomenon. You soon discover that everything is linked to an ancient system that has two worlds colliding.
You have access to skills and abilities that allow you to perform some incredible lightning-quick maneuvers and combos attacks against your enemies. You have a sword that you can use to swiftly cut down enemies and even deflect gunfire. Meanwhile, the weapons you’ll use can be customized with multiple ammunition and attachments to achieve specific effects and damage types to adapt to various scenarios and needs.
Various under-the-hood improvements have also been made, which refines the combat system and level design even further. There are still points for improvement, though. The story could be fleshed out more to offer a more coherent narrative. Another is that while the core gameplay itself is really good, you can finish a playthrough in just a few hours—more content is definitely needed.
Sweet but short
Bright Memory: Infinite improves on its predecessor in pretty much every way. It’s slick, fast-paced, and the combat is just a lot of fun. It has a solid core that is somewhat let down by its rather short experience. It could use another lengthy campaign or more missions in future updates. Nevertheless, this is a great FPS that is worth giving a try. Highly recommended.
