Research and plan your Black Friday
Black Friday App is a shopping application that will help you research and plan what to buy on Black Friday.
Black Friday can be hectic but it doesn’t have to be. If you research and plan out your Black Friday with the Black Friday App, you’ll save yourself the headache of fighting for the best deals. The Black Friday App has lots of information, organized by categories or by merchant.
Tap on a product and you’ll be given information for store locations, hours, and any restrictions. There are Black Friday deals that are “door busters,” which means that stores only have a limited quantity of them. Black Friday App will also show you if the item is rumored or verified to be at that price. It’s nice that Black Friday App adds this information.
Another handy feature of Black Friday App is the price comparisons. You can tap on an item and then look up price comparisons. You may find that some retailers are already selling a Black Friday deal for Black Friday prices. There’s no barcode scanner for scanning products so you’ll need an app like ShopSavvy if you want that functionality.
There are many problems with Black Friday App, though. The interface, while usable, is a bit ugly and looking at products as a list feels claustrophobic. There are also plenty of broken links found throughout the app. Links will jump you out of the Black Friday App and into your default browser, making it a jarring experience. Search was also very poor, returning no results for common queries like “video games.”
The Black Friday App provides a good start for researching and planning the best deals on Black Friday but you’ll have to rely on the web or other apps to get more information.
