BDC Care: Secure Communication for Health and Medical Needs
BDC Care enables secure meetings with healthcare professionals. All communication within the app is encrypted and secured, in compliance with GDPR and PDL regulations. In addition to video calls, the app also supports secure messaging and participation in digital treatment programs.
If you do not have the app already, it is recommended to download it to conduct your scheduled video appointments or access the messages sent to you. Once you have downloaded the app, select “My Pages” and then “My Cases” to log in using your BankID.
To ensure a successful meeting and receive the assistance you need, please consider the following:
- Choose a location where you are comfortable and won’t be disturbed during the call.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient battery on your phone.
- Consider using headphones with a built-in microphone.
