World War II military strategy game set in the South Pacific

Battle Islands is a freemium strategy game set in World War II. The object is to build up your bases to defeat invading enemies and capture islands.

It’s a premise similar to Clash of Clans and Kingdoms & Lords, only within a more contemporary battleground. There’s plenty of scope, but training troops and placing buildings is a very slow process, unless you’re prepared to pay.

Though the gameplay mechanic is well worn, Battle Islands brings modern warfare to the battle strategy games market.
