How to Connect to Azure Through the Azure VPN Client
You can connect to Azure through the Azure VPN Client. You can set up a point-to-site VPN using this client, which is very useful for staff who work from home or on a laptop. You can easily configure this client on your Windows PC. It works in conjunction with Windows 10 and requires a Microsoft account. You can also use it to secure the connection of your company’s website. In addition, you can use it to securely communicate with your team via the internet.
First, you need to download and install the Azure VPN Client to each computer that needs to use it. Then, you need to configure the VPN client for each device. You can export the configuration to different computers and import it to each one separately. Then, you need to grant Azure VPN Client permission to run in the background. You can enable this permission from the Azure Settings page. After you have enabled the Azure VPN Client for all of your devices, you can configure them to use the client.
Next, you should enable Azure AD authentication on your VPN gateway. To do this, open the Configure VPN Client app on the device and select “Connect to Azure” as the authentication method. Then, navigate to the Azure Active Directory section and fill in the information. Don’t forget to include the trailing slash at the end of the AadIssuerUri value. After that, you need to unzip the AzureVPN folder to proceed with the configuration.
