Meditate for happiness with Aura
Aura is a meditation and mindfulness app which helps users manage stress by engaging in short daily meditations. Free users can enjoy three-minute guided meditations, while subscribers can unlock more in-depth seven-minute experiences. After each meditation, you provide feedback which helps the app tailor its meditations to your specific needs. During the day, you can record the things you’re thankful for in a Gratitude Journal. A range of different subscription levels are available, with varying levels of meditation and mood tracking.
