ASHA Digital Health is a community-based mobile application for collecting data related to the health and well-being of the community. It is developed under the Community Health Integrated Platform (CHIP) approved by the Government of Rajasthan under the National Health Mission. The ASHA Digital Health app has capabilities including doing a house-to-house survey for seasonal infections and ILI symptoms, assessing possible symptomatic patients with a pulse oximeter and thermal scanner, conducting a response-based digital health survey, and integrating households with Jan Aadhaar. If a household is not linked to Jan Aadhaar, the app will fill in personal information from the QR code on the Aadhar card. The app also collects demographic information on households and people, as well as information on NCDs and chronic diseases and eligible women’s pregnancy status. The software also includes Location tracking and referral to medical authorities. The program can also save data offline and sync it while connected to the internet. Beneficiaries can also watch instructive movies about health through the app. This app is an assisting tool for the government and the general public.
