Free clipboard manager
ArsClip is a free feature-filled clipboard management tool that lets you copy multiple images and text files at the same time. The freeware organizes the content into a convenient user interface that is easily accessible with a hotkey set, right-click, etc. You can use ArsClip on Microsoft Windows PC computers and laptops with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, and Windows Vista operating systems.
Is ArsClip free?
You can download the ArsClip software for free. You do not need to install the program onto your PC. If you want to customize your user experience, then there is an optional setup included in the download package. The clipboard utility is available on both Windows PC and Android devices.
What is ArsClip?
Developed by JoeJoeSoft, ArsClip is a portable application that lets you simultaneously copy numerous photo and plain text items to your clipboard. Your copied content is saved to your Windows clipboard and the ArsClip platform creates a copy of the items to store within the pop-up user interface. You can store up to 15 image and text entries in the active memory section.
If you exceed the 15 items, then the oldest file is replaced and transferred to the ‘Removed Clips’ area. Clips stored in the removed section will not affect PC performance. If your ‘Removed Clips’ storage gets completely full, then the oldest file will be permanently deleted to continue creating space for new clips.
If you want to manage your cache settings, then you can go to the ‘History’ segment in the user interface beneath the ‘Clipboard Monitoring’ section to access the ‘Edit History’ button under the ‘About’ section. You can activate the ArsClip pop-up window by triggering a specified hotkey, pressing the right-click command, initiating a window, etc. The most popular activation method is with the hotkey.
The default command for the hotkey is CTRL+Shift+Z. You can customize the keystrokes that launch the clip menu. There will be a list of the 15 most recently copied photo and text pieces in the menu. There are tabs in the upper portion of the UI: ‘History’, ‘Permanent Clips/Macros’, ‘Databases’, and ‘About/Help’.
‘Pop-up’ will appear in the dropdown menu followed by a list of recently copied content. You can tell whether the piece is an image or text element by the picture that is placed in front of the label. Each piece of information will be labeled. Additionally, the photos are identifiable by their dimensions, a written except specifies the text.
Copy and paste options
A preview of the media will be displayed to the right of the list when you click on a specific element. If you click on a piece of copied text, then that text will appear in the left panel of the pop-up UI. You’ll see the copied image on the left when you select a photo item.
You can see the maximum number of popup clips and removed clips that are allowed beneath the preview image in the left portion. There is a button beneath the numbers that lets you change configurable sizes: ‘Configure sizes’.
How to use ArsClip
ArsClip offers an impressive list of utilities on the left side of the home screen. The services are organized into sections: ‘Configuration Help’, ‘Popup Hotkeys’, ‘Clipboard Monitoring’, ‘Popup’, ‘Popup Presentation’, and ‘Optional Features’. You can find detailed information beneath each of the titles: ‘History’, ‘Clip Menu’, ‘Menu Settings’, ‘Trigger Window’, etc.
The right side of the screen will show the selected contents. ArsClip lets you customize a lot of esthetic and technical aspects of the program. You can change the color scheme of the pop-up, reorganize the order of the clip menu list, etc. You can intuitively move through the user interface and change the program to your preferences: font, visibility, etc.
The bottom portion has a ‘Search’ button that lets you find data through a browser. You can press the ‘Save’ button to the left of the ‘Search’ key after you have managed your settings. ArsClip lets you modify your preferences at any time. You can refer back to the configuration window to tailor your user experience.
ArsClip supports File Copy, HTML, RichText, and Unicode. The productivity platform gives you an optional ‘Global Clipboard’ service that lets you share items with other Android and Windows PC mobile phones, computers, laptops, and tablets. The developers deliver the Delphi XE2 source code with ArsClip.
The top alternative clipboard tools
ClipboardFusion and Ditto are comparable apps that let you copy and paste multiple items at the same time to an organized user interface. ClipboardFusion delivers the best user-friendly user interface. While the ArsClip and Ditto UIs are filled with features, they are not appealing to look at.
You can access your clipboard history using a special trigger hotkey in all three of the programs. The platforms can copy non-text and text content. The ClipboardFusion download will automatically include the Pro version for a limited amount of time. The software will switch to the free version after the trial period is finished for the Pro edition. Ditto is free to download.
Powerful clipboard software
You can use ArsClip to track your copying and pasting history. The copied clips are saved to the popup menu where they will be stored until there are 15 items in the cache. You can monitor the number by launching the menu with the default or customized accelerator keys. The permanent items within the ‘Removed Clips’ folder will be deleted.
What’s new?

ArsClip is a freeware utility for the windows clipboard. ArsClip monitors the clipboard and keeps track of the entries. Press a configurable hotkey and select an item (or items) to quickly paste into a program.
ArsClip used to be barebonez, but it has become a nicely featured program (due to user requests for changes). ArsClip remembers the last 15 (default) text entries entered into the Window’s clipboard. Delphi 6 (Personal) source code is included and you can modify it freely for any non-profit use.
