APP Ascendi Review

APP Ascendi is a free Android application developed by Ascendi IGI, designed to help users manage their debts and payments with ease. The app offers two modes: Exploratory mode and Logged mode, which allows users to search for and pay debts for a specific license plate and time period. In the Exploratory mode, users can select the items they want to pay and make payments through the app using methods such as Cartão, MBWay, and RefMB. If a debt belongs to another collection operator, the app provides a link to the respective payment portal.

In Logged mode, users can access their debt by NIF, pay notifications, and perform ICI (Driver Identification). They can also search for pending amounts in Ascendi or other collection operators. If the user has validated identity, they can access the notification summary and trip details. They can make payments or perform driver identification for a notification. The app also offers customer support through contact forms and a contact history feature, and it sends debt alerts to the user.
