The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (AASR) is a 6-item, self-report measure that assesses the following symptoms in adults: inattentiveness, distractibility, memory problems, restlessness and problems with self-care (cannot sit still, gets bored easily, forgets tasks, cannot pay attention, cannot wait to do things).
